Shipping Methods and Charges

You may select from the following shipping methods:

• Ground (delivered in 5-9 business days at a cost of $5.00)
• 2-Day (delivered in 3-6 business days at a cost of $8.50)
• Standard Overnight (delivered in 2-5 business days at a cost of $18.00)

Shipping Policies

When purchasing online, we require that the shipping address match the billing address on the credit card that you are using to place the order. This helps protect you from theft or fraud because the address you enter is verified.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail (some areas may take up to a week for order processing and delivery). Keep in mind packaging and confirmation cost as well.

Order Status

WHERE'S MY ORDER?

24 hours after you completed your order, you can track its status online using the tracking number provided on your order confirmation email.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email advising you of the specific carrier used for delivery, as well as a shipment tracking number for your order. Your order is not complete until you receive this email.

The estimated order delivery times will vary, please allow 1 to 2 business days to process the order prior to shipment.

All orders are processed and shipped during our normal business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, prior to 3:30 pm EST).

If an item the product(s) ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted via telephone and/or email to advise you of the expected delay and provide you with your options. You can choose to wait for the product, select a discount option ($10 off the next order or a six day supply of product with your delayed order, or you can simply cancel your order and refunded. We will ship the item to you as soon as it is in stock.
